Psychedelic Feminism—Beyond Human Supremacy
2021 Psilocybin Summit
with Zoe Helene

It’s not all about us. Non-human beings have rights too. Until we truly get that, we will remain a fatally flawed, narcissistic species and a clear and present danger—to ourselves and to all the other precious beings we share the planet with. Sacred psychedelic plants and fungi have the power to help humans rapidly evolve from a cultural and behavioral perspective so we can be better citizens of Earth. It starts with hundreds, then thousands, then millions, then billions of individual revolutions within. We co-evolved with these medicines, and we need them now more than ever.

Zoe Helene, MFA, originator of Psychedelic Feminism, founded the environmental feminist collective Cosmic Sister (@CosmicSister) to champion the rights of women, wildlife, wilderness, and sacred psychedelic plants and fungi, which she believes can change humanity’s course for the better. Zoe’s Indigenous Éllinas (Greek) matrilineal ancestors nurtured a deep relationship with sacred psychoactive and psychedelic medicines (including sacred fungi) for at least 3,500 years.
